A very nice hotel. Near nothing hill, this hotel is in a relatively quiet area. Within two blocks you walk from the hotel to the tube and have good connections to the rest of London. The major tourist attractions are around 20 minutes away from here. People are very friendly. It was also no trouble at all to receive the luggage earlier and also collect it later. The rooms seem to have been renovated very recently. The Only downside was that the hair cream rinse was installed at the sink instead of the shower. Upon leaving, we reported this and they went to exchange it. The bed was a bit too small(too short) for us Dutchies but it was definitely doable for a short city break. Next to the bed there was a USB plug on both sides to charge the phone. The whole room was fire clean. Clean and fresh linen and ditto towels. And the hotel had free coffee/tea and free water in the fridge. Price-quality ratio was more than excellent. Highly recommended for a city break in London.

The hotel is in a good location, just a couple of mins walk to the Bayswater station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within 2 mins. For Muslims, there's plenty of halal restaurants too. There's also parking nearby (not free) but not part of the hotel. The guys at the front desk are polite, friendly and helpful. The room is big for London standard. We have a queen bed plus a sofa bed for the son. There's a desk and a small armchair. Very comfy for 3 of us. It's quiet at night. The bathroom is good sized as well but the shower area could be bigger. Good shower gel and shampoo are provided. Normally I'd use my own but didn't even touch them while staying at the hotel. Room is clean. The minibar is totally free! The fridge is stocked with soft drinks and juices and they are free too. Plenty of water given too. So generous! Really highly recommended.

The hotel exudes a charming old-world beauty from the outside, and its interior is equally impressive! It has a delightful charm that feels very welcoming. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful at any time of the day. We particularly loved the opportunity to enjoy free coffee or tea from the kitchen whenever we wanted. The location was undoubtedly the best aspect of the hotel—just a four-minute walk to the Bayswater Underground station and nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. I will definitely be back next time I’m in London.

Good location near two underground stations so you have a choice of different lines to take to get around the city. The room was a good size, the bed was a little small but was comfortable, the amenities were satisfactory and the water pressure was also good. The staff were friendly and helpful with queries and suggestions. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as the £17pp seemed a little steep. We managed to eat breakfast in local cafes, coffee shops, etc for for much less I'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best part of this hotel is the location. Easy and fast access to several metro line, different bus routes going near to different directions. Reflection Garden was close as well. Also the modern, clean interior, toilets / shower, and inner garden - even it was winter. Rooms were clean, everything worked really nice and stuff was mellow and polite. Would stay again if visiting London.
